As with other figure and fitness studios for women, Ruckzuckfit offers 30-minute circuit training 3 days a week. The training in the gym is supplemented by a dietary consultation to lose weight. The Ruckzuckfit diet and fitness program is based on the LOGI diet as a method of losing weight. From 9.99 euros per week there is a membership in the Ruckzuckfit Studios (without nutritional advice).

Origin of the diet
The first Ruckzuckfit studio opened in 2004 in Coswig. In the meantime, women are training in 21 studios at different locations in Germany, including: Berlin, Dessau, Bitterfeld, Strahlsund and one in Salzburg, Austria. The studios are subject to the franchise principle, as are other similar figure studios.
The diet in detail
In addition to the training nutrition courses are offered. The participants and members of Ruckzuckfit are introduced to the LOGI diet. LOGI stands for "Low Glycemic and Insulinemic" which means: low blood sugar and insulin levels in the diet.
It is therefore ensured that only foods with low glycemic index are eaten, which should not increase the blood sugar level and thus keep the fat burning active. Low glycemic index foods include, for example, many fruits and vegetables, legumes, lean dairy, meat and fish.
In contrast, carbohydrate-rich foods such as sugar, bread, pasta, rice, cornflakes, etc. are unfavorable. The LOGI diet is a low carb diet, a diet with higher protein and fat content, but with less carbohydrates.

Duration of the diet
The duration of membership in a Ruckzuckfit studio is similar to that in a conventional gym. The nutrition courses (10 pieces in number) are booked extra.

Sports & Exercise
Sport plays a major role in the Ruckzuckfit program at Ruckzuckfit Studios. You train in a group along a fitness circle that lasts about 30 minutes. One changes in the group to different training stations on different devices and trains with it strength, perseverance, mobility and speed. Circuit training in the group takes about 30 minutes. You should complete this training three times a week.

The diet of the LOGI diet is rich in protein, sometimes rich in fat. Fruits and vegetables are just as common on the menu as fish, chicken and dairy products. Bread, potatoes and cereals, however, are less common. Nutritional deficiencies are not to be feared in the diet according to the LOGI diet. However, one should be careful that the diet with lots of meat, dairy products and fish does not get too greasy. Fruit and vegetables should serve as satiety, not animal products with higher fat content.

Joint training without a lot of time motivates to persevere. With the help of a fitness circle of 30 minutes on 3 days a week you are not overwhelmed so far rather "Sportfaule" and can still achieve training progress. Coupled with nutritional courses and a diet according to the LOGI concept, weight loss can succeed.
For many, however, training may become somewhat repetitive after a while, especially if you have already reached a certain level of fitness. In addition, many working people are the opening times something in the way. If you want to be more flexible and more fit you should look for a "normal" gym.
For women, especially for women with obesity, training in a backpacking studio, however, can be very useful. As a woman you are among your peers and learn something about a healthy diet for weight loss. Sharing with other members is also helpful if you want to lose weight and is promoted at Ruckzuckfit through group training and group classes.
