Start blender

Home-made smoothies and shakes taste delicious and are prepared quickly. How about milk, vanilla extract and a tablespoon of honey as a basis? In addition, fruits can be combined: banana, apple, pear, berries. Allowed is what tastes.

Provides the child with healthy options that may vary. So the shake can be supplemented with juice, some of the milk can be replaced with quark or yoghurt.
