Cauliflower provides only a few calories and is rich in filling fiber. Together with the ginger it stimulates the metabolism and is the ideal diet food.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 little egg
- 50 g of lean bacon
- 1/2 small head cauliflower
- 1/2 small head of broccoli
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 garlic toe
- 1 thumb piece of ginger
- 100 g low-fat yoghurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of ground, black pepper
- 1 tomato
Boil the egg for about 10 minutes. You can also boil more eggs than a healthy and filling snack in between. Finely chop the bacon and leave to crisp in a pan, then let it dry on kitchen paper.
Divide and clean the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. In a little salted water, fry about 150-200 ml for about 5 minutes. Drain the cabbage and fry with cold water, because then the broccoli will keep its bright green color.
Peel garlic and ginger and finely chop. Mix with the yoghurt, salt, cumin and pepper and season to taste. Peel the boiled and quenched egg, finely chop and stir. Finely chop the tomato and arrange with cauliflower and broccoli on plates. Put the dressing over it and sprinkle the ham cubes over it.
