The Almased Drink in its original form has a light vanilla flavor. Mix the Almased Drink during the diet with 200ml of water, skim milk or buttermilk and add another teaspoon of vegetable oil (rapeseed oil or walnut oil). The Almased Drink can quickly become boring if you want to carry on the diet over a longer period of time. That's why we have some recipe tips to help you spice up your Almased drinks without taking too many calories.

Lean quark instead of buttermilk, water or milk

Sometimes you feel a bit like eating something. Instead of making the drink with buttermilk or milk, you can also stir the Almased powder into a thin quark (200g). Add a little water to make the quark creamy. So you can also spoon Almased.

Cinnamon and flavors

With spices you can give the Almased Drink a little extra whistle without eating too many calories. Cinnamon or vanilla flavor give a creamy almased drink a special touch. Also orange flavor or almond flavor can be a change.

Fruits in shake

If you do not feel full and you like fruity, you can mix the Almased Drink with skim quark or buttermilk and a piece of fruit in the blender or with the blender to a creamy smoothie. A piece of fruit are for example: 1 banana, 1 apple, 2-3 handfuls of berries (also like from the freezer), 1 pear, mango, ½ pineapple or ½ papaya.
